God is concerned about the welfare of His creation, hence the provision of rain, seasons, water, and everything He has made.
Our God is not a God who abandoned His Creation. To show the height of His love, He sent His Only Son. Think about that as a parent. Now, God's laws are written for our safety, growth, blessing, fellowship, and ultimately, for eternity with Him. Fraud can NEVER be the way to succeed financially. For every need of men, there's a scriptural guide and principles to it. Sometimes, we have a brain, but we don't really think about why.
